Learn how to integrate contemplative expressive arts practices within counselling, educational and community contexts. In this course, you will discover the history, theory and traditions that inform the application of contemplative expressive arts. The course combines lecture, discussion and experiential exercises in a collaborative learning environment. We will work with clay, music and poetry to develop knowledge and skills. You will emerge with a greater understanding of the creative modalities that you are attuned with and ways to implement them within professional settings.
