Consultant , Workshop Leader & Teacher

Dr. Ana Bodnar teaches at the University of Toronto, Ontario Institute for Studies in Education in the Counselling Psychology Department. She has led workshops for Leading Edge Seminars, YWCA, Centre for Addiction and Mental Health, Adler Professional Training, Snow Lion, Yoga Studio, Esther Myers Yoga School, and other groups. She has also developed research documents for Health Canada, National Aboriginal Health Organization, and others.

She provides workshops in:

  • Embracing Peace: A process of healing and self-realization (This workshop is linked with her CD: Embracing Peace, and takes participants through a step-by-step process of healing, renewal and deepening a connection to self)
